I posed for my Sweet Sixteen picture with my little piglet.

My pet potbelly pig just kept growing.

We named her Piggy Sue.

As Piggy Sue, the pot-belly pig grew to an overwhelming size for the house. Her name evolved to Pea Soup.

An outing to root through the snow in winter.

My sister and my pig. Pea Soup was rooting through the Christmas wrapping papers looking for snacks.

It was hard and sad letting go of my pig, but it wasn't right to keep her in an environment that wasn't good for her.
