Our trip home with our new dairy goats.
The goats were so happy to have so much room to run and play.
Goats do rear up and almost dance with glee when happy.
The goats had been living in a pen with a dirt floor. Now they would never have to live penned up again.
I kept a close watch on the goats while I kept them on a lead until I was sure they would come when I called them, and they didn't desire to wander off.
They were only confined at night when I kept them in a coyote proof dog kennel to keep them safe from predators.
The goats liked to hang out on the front porch.
The doe knew I would open the windows in the afternoon while I vacuumed. She would come to the windows looking for snacks. The buck was content doing boy things elsewhere.
